Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days (weekends and holidays excluded). The coffee beans are roasted weekly, giving Crooked Stick Coffee Company a 1-2 day buffer to ensure each customer has the freshest roast of coffee beans available. 

Once an order has been completed in the fulfillment process an order can not be changed. In the case of a double order please contact cscccustomerservice@gmail.com to fix the situation as soon as possible. 

A confirmation email will be sent to each customer right after the order has been submitted. The shipping information will be in the confirmation email. Once an order has been shipped Crooked Stick Coffee Company is not responsible for any currier delays. 

International Shipping

Unfortunately Crooked Stick Coffee Company does not ship items outside of the United States at this time.
